  • 4-24 week program: you will workout maximum 3 workouts per week for 1 hour up to 1 hour 30 minutes

  • Minimum of 8 training sessions required.

  • Focus on lean growth while building the foundation for aesthetic-strong muscles

  • Train like a beast and you will see serious full body & ab gains.
